Don't mind me. Just gonna post my first ever calculation on this site here. Nothing more.
Figured I'd import this from here, but improve and add on a little more. Basic pixel-scaling, and using the diameter of the Earth.
Calculation[]

Diameter of the Earth: 12,742,000 m
Distance: 4,183,195.75 m
Using the line, "All of this... Is entirely... Your fault!!", the speeds with each corresponding timeframe would be...
5 seconds (Assumed): 836,639.15 m/s (Mach 2439, Massively Hypersonic+)
4 seconds (Using a WPS rate of 2): 1,045,798.938 m/s (Mach 3049, Massively Hypersonic+)
3 seconds (Using a WPS rate of 2.5): 1,394,398.583 m/s (Mach 4065, Massively Hypersonic+)
2 seconds (Using a WPS rate of 3): 2,091,597.875 m/s (Mach 6098, Massively Hypersonic+)
1 second (Assumed): 4,183,195.75 m/s (Mach 12,196, Sub-Relativistic)

Length of Kouta’s head: 1.73m / 8 = 0.21625 m
Average width of a hand: 0.07900m
Angsizing the distance between Kouta & the vector:
Distance of the POV from Kouta: 0.21625m*1554px/[330px*2*tan(70deg/2)] = 0.7272 meters
Distance of the POV from the vector’s hand: 0.079m*1554px/[123px*2*tan(70deg/2)] = 0.7127 meters
Difference: 0.7272 meters - 0.7127 meters = 0.01445 meters
Reaction time frames:
5 second end: 0.01445 meters / 836,639.15 m/s = 0.0000000173 seconds (0.19c, Relativistic Perception)
4 second end: 0.01445 meters / 1,045,798.938 m/s = 0.0000000138 seconds (0.24c, Relativistic Perception)
3 second end: 0.01445 meters / 1,394,398.583 m/s = 0.0000000104 seconds (0.32c, Relativistic Perception)
2 second end: 0.01445 meters / 2,091,597.875 m/s = 0.0000000069 seconds (0.48c, Relativistic Perception)
1 second end: 0.01445 meters / 4,183,195.75 m/s = 0.0000000034 seconds (0.98c, Relativistic+ Perception)
This next part I'm gonna have to justify. Due to context shenanigans lol
Basically, the vectors were stated to be bent away , and if the picture doesn't lie, they appeared to have been bent in succession from one another due to them being pretty close to one another in the previous shot and then they were much farther away from each other in the one below.

Angular distance:
2 * (3.141592654) * 1.10 * (38.64/360) = 0.74m
2 * (3.141592654) * 0.51 * (33.21/360) = 0.30m
2 * (3.141592654) * 0.39 * (35.80/360) = 0.24m
2 * (3.141592654) * 1.02 * (31.79/360) = 0.57m
2 * (3.141592654) * 0.95 * (23.37/360) = 0.39m
2 * (3.141592654) * 0.72 * (15.42/360) = 0.19m
0.74m + 0.30m + 0.24m + 0.57m + 0.39m + 0.19m = 2.43 meters
Final Tally[]
5 second end: 2.43 meters / 0.0000000173 seconds = 140,462,428 m/s (0.47c) Relativistic
4 second end: 2.43 meters / 0.0000000138 seconds = 176,086,957 m/s (0.59c) Relativistic+
3 second end: 2.43 meters / 0.0000000103 seconds = 235,922,330 m/s (0.79c) Relativistic+
2 second end: 2.43 meters / 0.0000000069 seconds = 352,173,913 m/s (1.17c) FTL
1 second end: 2.43 meters / 0.0000000034 seconds = 714,705,882 m/s (2.38c) FTL
HOOOOOOOOO UP TO FTL FOR LUCY! LET'S GOOOOOOO!!!
Real talk, the most accurate ends IMO are the low-end and mid-end. The other ends are there for the sake of it. But yeah.
Relativistic(+) Lucy!!!!
