So, awhile ago I was informed of the existence of a specific feat occurring in the Danganronpa V3 anime: Future Side, of cloud parting. 

In case you were wondering, the feat occurs in Episode 7, at the 18:32 mark.

So, using pixel scaling, the van in the center is about 70 pixels, while the hole created is 678 pixels. The van I decided to go with is a Ford Transit that's 4.3788 meters long. This means the diameter was 37.068633 meters.

The standard viewing distance is 20 km, and given that these clouds are dark on the bottom but are lit up inside to a casual surface viewer, these are likely nimbostratus clouds, which have a minimum thickness of 2000 meters. Plugging these into the formula Pi*(Viewing Distance)^2*(Cloud thickness) gets a volume of 2.51327412 × 10^15 liters, or 2513274120000 m^3. Multiplying by the density 1.003 kg/m^3 gets 2.5208139e+12 kg for the mass. 

The feat takes about a second to happen, so using the Kinetic Energy Formula of .5*2.5208139e+12 kg*(37.068633 m/s)^2 gets a value of 1.73190446 × 10^15 Joules of Energy, or 413.9351 kilotons of TNT. However, I also realize this may be an inflated distance, so I'll cut it in half, which gets a value of 4.32976115 × 10^14 Joules, or 103.483775 kilotons of TNT, so Large Town Level all around.

However, we're not done here. This feat took four Monokumas to accomplish, so we simply divide the result by 4 for each Monokuma unit, which gives us 25.87094375 kilotons as a low end, and 103.483775 kilotons as a high end.

So, each Monokuma Unit is in the range of Town-Low End Large Town Level.

This can probably be increased if you use a higher thickness for the clouds, or decreased if you use stratus clouds instead, but I think this is a fairly safe estimate.

Scales to all the Monokuma units, obviously, Toko Fukawa since she sliced up several Monokumas, Komaru Naegi with her hacking gun, Sakura Oogami since she fought evenly with Monokuma, Mukuro Ikusaba since she killed hundreds of these, and Izuru Kamakura via one-shotting Mukuro.



Update: Thanks to GAME DROID, who updated this calc with a slightly more accurate version.

Volume is actually Pi*18.5343165^2*2000=2,158,405.397 m^3, so the actual result is closer to .089 tons of TNT combined, .02225 tons individually. So, like a Small Building Level feat.

Kinda disappointing, but there's nothing that can be done.
