<p>Just glancing over both of their profiles, I'm gonna say Haruka due to her hax seeming to be better/more useful than Ristar's in this case: Space-time manipulation, size changing, duplicating, and weakening him with stat manipulation seems like too much for him to keep up with here.</p><p>

<p>Spatial manip only applies with her mech, and her size manip and duplication for herself. She can't survive in space alone so her own powers can't be used so her only hax she can use in the mechs, which is the space-time stuff.</p><p>
