<p>Looking through both pages, I'll give it to Shantae due to her abilities can give Scorpion trouble. The Bubble can negate many of the hellspawn's projectiles, so his fireballs and spears are a no go, and even if he gets some hits on her, she can use her healing dance to compensate. </p><p>
</p><p>Its not like she has to worry about using it too much, as the Magic Tiara gives her an infinite amount of magic.</p>

<p>I assume this isn't speed equalized, sooo I'm voting Scorpion. Higher AP (He is "At least City" VS Shantae's "City") and much higher speed (MHS VS Supersonic).</p><p>
</p><p>Shantae does have the more versatile abilities, but she'll just be delaying the inevitable and end up losing to Scorpion's superior speed and AP.</p>

<p>For the record, this was before Shantae's speed got downgraded. And I can't edit the starting post (because these forums are baloney) to change it to speed equalized.</p>
